Be aware....Do not trust this service. Called about our dash A/C on our motorhome. They sent out a tech, which was a great guy, and detected the problem in about 30 min. Told me a estimated cost of repair was $350.00. Was a no show or late several times, but finally completed the job that took one hour. Billed me for $729.58!! Run don't walk away from these guys!!

Contacted EZ RV in February about an RV AC unit to have it checked for either repair or warranty work. Had them scheduled for Monday due to dentists appt on Tuesday. Monday came and no show. Finally called him and he thought it was Tuesday. I rescheduled for Thursday and was again a no show/no call. I don't feel that calling this company back would be beneficial. I understand that things happen, but I am a traveler and feel that my time is as valuable to me as the contractors is to them. I also find that the majority of customer service functions in this area lack the ability to communicate and/or show up. Businesses may do good work, but if they don't show up they are of little or no use to anybody.
