Replaced front hydraulic jacks. Fixed squeak in kitchen floor. Fixed broken drawer in desk. Replaced thermostat in stove. Repaired water damage to front storage compartment. Excellent - fixed or repaired first time. Courteous and within time estimates. Note: These repairs were undertaken over several appointments during 2005. Valid date was required and did not allow for several visits to be indicated.
