We purchased a new 2010 25ft Travel Trailer prior to leaving for our summer home in May 2010 from Canyon State RV, Tucson AZ. After using it three times, it leaked at the tip-out and through the inside via the cabinets, molding and through the floor. We called the dealership immediately and they told us everything will be fixed as it was under warranty. We did not use the RV following the leak. When we returned to Arizona to have the RV repaired, they took care of the outside initial leak, but did not touch the inside for SEVEN MONTHS. We no longer wanted the vehicle so we consigned to sell it. When we left for our home to the NW in May, 2011 it still had not been repaired inside, we took pictures the day prior to our leaving. One day after returning home, they called and said it sold and we had to take a HUGE loss. During the seven months this dealership had the vehicle, we visited them FOUR times and each time it was a different excuse why the vehicle was not repaired. They blamed it on the parent company, Forest River, etc each time. Twice Larry told us one reason and his wife told us a completely different problem why it wasn't repaired. We were new to the RV industry and we believed what they said in good faith. Terrible, terrible service standards at Canyon State. They never did complete the interior work for SEVEN MONTHS and it was only after we left the state did they say it was repaired. We contacted the parent company. Forest River in May when we reached our NW destination, and John the Manager stated Canyon State NEVER initiated a warranty claim for our RV damage. We asked him to please look again, and again he confirmed that a warranty claim had never been initiated by Canyon State.

Warranty on Puma 2010 26RLSS floor squeaks, leaking shower, electrical problems, breakers kept popping. I did not buy my Puma from this dealership, however, when i was in Tucson, I called the factory and they highly recommended this company, I called and they got me in very fast, within 24 hours, I got all my paperwork together and the claim was filed fast, the work was completed within a couple of days, and I was extremely satisfied with the service received from Larry and the rest of the staff at Canyon State RV. Thanks you for being so easy to deal with.
