      broken p-trap under shower drain Marty's took me in right away we were on vacation from Florida and he fixed the problem within a couple of hours. very professional service and they treated you like family even though coach was not purchased at their place.

      Numerous malfunctions on delivery checklist were requested to be cleared. They only replaced the HRH Jack that was bent. There were other problems on the delivery checklist such as problem with A/C, Squealing belts in engine. Broken oil plug on Generator. Several windshield stone "dings" that they said would be fixed! The only work they did was replace the bent Jack. We have had to replace the A/C System.We Have had the drive belts replaced on the engine and the Oil Drain plug was replaced at our expense. The Credit Manager tried to get us to pay for repairs but the owner finally stepped in and OKed the one replacement of the bent Jack. All other repairs listed on delivery check list have had to be paid for by us! They want to sell, sell sell but their service leaves much to be desired.

      Warranty work needed. While there the motorhome had to be winterized. Paid to have the motorhome winterized. When I opened up the motorhome for the first trip this spring I found freeze damage. Marty's failed to follow the directions printed on the water pump access door. Directions stated to drain the line from water tank to pump. Freeze damage consisted of the metal water bypass valve splitting and the water pump pre-strainer splitting. I am attempting to resolve the situation but phone messages and emails are not being answered.

      Jacks 08/40x brand new coach with 1.000 mi. Dealer has had coach since 08/02 worst mistake I ever made was to bring it to Marty's RV. They have not got a clue. The only thing they are sure about is they are going to charge me for warranty work. The technician told me I was not waiting long enough for the fridge to go on when I was connected to shore power. THATS WHY I THINK ITS NOT WORKING... I NEVER ONCE HOOKED THIS RIG TO SHORE POWER I HAVE NOT HAD IT LONG ENOUGH. SO THEY CHARGE ME FOR DIAGNOSTICS. I COULD WRITE A BOOK ABOUT THE JACKS BUT MY BLOOD IS BOILING AS I THINK ABOUT SOME OF THE EXCUSES THEY GAVE ME APPROACHING AWFUL BUT CERTAINLY REAL BAD

      Replaced hydraulic bar on LR slide. Hydraulic system had been having problems and Equalizer agreed the bar needed replacing. Equalizer shipped me the bar and Marty's agreed to install after talking with Equalizer. This was an ongoing problem we thought was fixed before leaving on a 3 month trip. Marty's was great to work with. Performed all work as planned in just a few hours and filed the claim with our warranty company. Great experience.
