About a year ago I called this location and told them that we had a muffler broken off our generator and asked if they could fix it. They said they could and we drove to the location and left for lunch. When we returned we were told that they could not fix it. About a month ago I called and made an appointment for service including trans fluid change. About a week ago I called and asked if I could come in at noon on the day before my appointment and was told that would be fine. When I arrived the service writer as troubled that apparently at their work load and could not find my appointment on either day. I told him that we had some time and could wait a couple of days if we needed to. He asked me what i needed done and when I got to the trans fluid change said they couldn't do that. We did not have any service done so I don't know the quality of their service and they are obviously busy so some must be pleased. But I've been burnt twice and will not return.
