Repaired leaking toilet We were on the road and had never been to the dealer before. They got us right in and the service tech had the problem fixed in no time. I asked questions about a few other things and he was very very helpful and explained things so I would understand.

We purchased a new Alpine Coach from them. At the same time, we purchased a Blue OX Tow Bar and US Gear braking system from them and had them install both. We recently discovered that our brake lights on the coach and car were never working correctly...they would come on and then go off in just a few seconds (even though the brake was still engaged in the coach). We spent several hundred dollars to determine and resolve the problem and asked Plemmons to reimburse us. No response from them has ever been received. Also, another problem -- we had to have US Gear send us parts to correct the poor wiring job they did on the pig tail. Poor and they don't stand behind the work they have done. Also, they rushed us through the pick up of the coach and the operation of the tow bar and braking system.

Repaired loose fittings around the fresh water tank. Work was started on the appointed time, done in a timely manner, and service dept was knowledgeable and cooperative.

        1) Body repair and painting 2) Thermostat repair and adjustment 3) Plumbing repair Work was very slow, below average quality (mainly due to poor training of techs). Service administrator lied numerous times about status of repairs, problems, and failed to make sure materials were ordered. He also "talks down" to and insults customers.

Service administrator lied to me on numerous occasions about progress of work, problems, and failed to order part promptly. He "talked down" to customers, was rude and insulting. Several techs were poorly trained and supervised.

Install new cooling unit Staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. Work was late and less than confident. Left feeling like the job was not likely done well. Damage was done in the coach and not mentioned to me proactively. Coach was left dirty from workers. Would not go back.

Warranty recall - Winnebago Adventurer - Refrigerator Vent College Park RV in Raleigh had NOT (NOR INSPECTED) completed repair according to Winnebago records. Winnebago wanted repairs made. Bill Plemmons RV World was the dealership that DISCOVERED the defect and reported it to Winnebago. Service Manager inspected coach...turns out that Winnebago had actually made the repairs while the coach was the "shipping lot"...but failed to update their records. Service manager took about 1/2 hour to go over routine questions...really great experience.
