Repaired broken gray water drain that had caused flooding in our 2001 Fleetwood Discovery. repaired broken window crank gear set. Replaced non- working fuel gauge. All work was done on time and at quoted price. Some additional things were repaired that they found at no charge. The service manager, Matt was completely up front, cheerful and very helpful. Repairs were all successful. Charges were very reasonable and stated before work was started. I will go back!

Repair of rusted compartment supports. Removed rusted material, welded and fasted new steel supports in and re-undercoated as required. They have always done an excellent job! I have used Ben Davis for over 4 years now, for many types of work. Mark or Tim are very very good to deal with. I have zero complaints with this facility! They are a Winnebago Dealer. Tell Tim 'warm and fuzzy' recommended them :)

I have had an ongoing problem of a leak around/from rear A/C. This time replaced A/C seal and resealed roof. No Charge. This was the third time of trying to find/fix this problem. Will not be able to evaluate until warmer weather (rain, not snow) or use of A/C. People are very, very nice to work with. I hope, as much for their sake as mine, that the problem is resolved.

Plumbing and ceiling repair. I had no pressure in the faucets and the ceiling of the coach was showing signs of unevenness in a couple of places. They found debris from the factory in the water lines, cleaned them, blew them out and restored adequate pressure. The ceilings required special ribs fabricated at the Winnebago factory, color matched to the ceiling cloth, and installed by Ben Davis Techs. They did a great job of doing a neat clean job, never left a finger print on anything. The after effect while different, was pleasing and most of all, permanently secure now. No one has ever noticed they are there, we have long ago forgotten about them being installed.
