Very poor communication and even worse service. I took my truck in to have oil leaks repaired. Didn’t ask for a quote just asked for it to be repaired, they asked “how far I wanted to go with it” I told them “let me know when you get to $3,000 and we will discuss anything past that”. After multiple weeks of them giving me the run around I was told it was ready for pickup. It was literally dripping oil and I was told “ I would need to clean and degrease it because they don’t do that”. After cleaning it I found it was still leaking and when I brought it back they told me the rear main seal and valve covers were still leaking. I asked why they were not repaired and they said “they do not work on those as it’s too time consuming to drop the transmission or remove the cab”. If they would have told me in the beginning that they weren’t willing to work on those items I would have found another shop from the get go.

The owner of this business is very knowledgeable,ethical and does great work reasonably.He got our motorhome in and redid what had been done by others that put us in a very dangerous situation.You don't meet many like this guy anymore

Lube, oil and filter. Change transmission fluid and filters, Drain and refill master brake cylinder, check brakes, check belts, Replace fuel filter, new windshield wiper blades. I was totally impressed with Bruce and his crew; Bruce himself did the work on my coach. I wanted to see the oil pan for the transmission which he willing did. He kept me informed on each step; I felt confident that work was done as it should be. As standard practice, he looks over all of the performance components and points out anything needing attention - such as the windshield wiper blades were starting to peel. This could have been a problem later as I know from experience that these particular blades are hard to find. B & D will be the service center for both my RV and my car from now on.
