I recently bought a 19’, 2012 Keystone Hideout. I don’t know the history, but it appears in good condition. I would like the bearings packed, brakes and tires inspected. The hitch does not seem to be the match for the trailer. I have a 2023 Chevrolet 1500 LTZ, when testing the lights, all work, however once I shut the truck is turned off, the trailer running lights remain on.

Norcold refrigerator warranty. Would not operate on gas, baffle stuck in flue, large pieces of rusty metal flaking off. Replaced cooling unit, but new unit would not cool freezer. After several frustrating weeks of dealing with Norcold the refrigerator was replaced and vent problems corrected. This has been an ongoing problem, and this was the third shop to look at it. The refrigerator is a new model, self defrost, Norcold would not send service literature, and kept sending parts to treat symptoms instead of working to find the problem. After getting frustrated Warren raised h__l and demanded to talk with a supervise. He explained what had transpired, and she authorized replacing the refrigerator. She contacted me, then called the west coast service representative who knew there was a problem with the venting that caused the flue to overheat, and he knew how to correct it. Warren is the kind of tech wants to find the problem, not just throw parts at it.
