My wife and I can not explain how well all the employees at ARS & especially chuck treated us & our $300k rv that we live in full time. We found ARS by googling & that they do all kinds of rv work including alignments on motor coaches. Our tri axle fifth wheel has the morryde I.S. & we needed to get the alignment checked out as we just spent a fortune on new tires, but they couldn't keep it overnight because we live in it, they assured us it would be done that day. Our 50'2" rv fit into the indoor shop. We then left for a couple hours & they realized they needed additional high end laser equipment that's specifically designed for all fifth wheel trailers with the morryde I.S. to get them perfectly aligned. Chuck could of took our money & lied to us saying they did the work, be he didnt. We would of been long gone and never knew a thing but he was honest & upfront with us & we rescheduled. He scheduled the techs from the laser equipment company to come over to ARS for our appointment to give them any technical info that would help to perfect the operation of the new equipment. We arrived for our 2nd appointment when they open at 7:00 AM & every employee in the shop & also equipment tech was standing out there to greet us & back us inside the shop. They all were so friendly & professional while explaining what exactly was going to be done. We made special requests to not touch our paint job because we're very meticulous with it being scratch free, we also requested they use our auto leveling jacks to lift it instead of there jacks. They were so accommodating that it felt like we had known each other forever & were part of the family, we instantly felt that warmth peace of mind & knew everything would be taken care of. Employees started putting turntables under each wheel, then they hung a laser level off the front pin, then they rolled in another laser for behind the rv, they brought out laser readers for each tire & computer equipment to read what the lasers were reading, doing all this while being extremely careful around our rv to not touch the finish. We went shopping for a few hours & when we got back after lunch they were moving there equipment away from the rv getting ready for us. They invited us back in to go over all the specs from the degrees before and after of each wheel & the specs that the manuel said they needed to be. They explained how the axles weren't perfectly in alignment with the frame causing it to track ever so slightly crooked. They also provided print outs of the degrees before and after alignment so we could take with us. They gave us our old alignment spacers to take with us since they were part of our rv. We expressed concerns that how can we be assured that nothing was left loose underneath & two techs immediately told us what the torque specs were set at per the manual & that they both went over the other techs work to ensure they were not missed. I asked if this was the same alignment tools that the widely known big factory shops in Elkhart IN use, the techs said they have our brand of equipment but it's much older & this is the newest & most precise technology to date. It's never easy anytime you spend hundreds of dollars on maintenance but ARS really took all around care of us that we just had so much peace of mind when we left. We highly recommend anyone with the morryde independent suspension under there trailer who's anywhere between Quartsite & Vegas give Chuck at ARS a call, they are a 5 star facility that you can trust there work & what they say, all while paying less then those big name places in Elkhart who don't always do the work that they charged you for. We honestly couldn't be anymore pleased with the entire ARS team in Fort Mojave & will highly recommend them to anyone who values there own money & getting quality work done with straight answers & the proof of what the problem was to begin with.
