As a veteran property inspector, ocd style even, it’s rare find an honest, knowledgeable, and personable assistance. I’ve watched the games and scams for 30 years now. Tim could have easily rode the wave I started with regard to what I thought the issues were and taken advantage. He chose not to do that a a lost art in most situations. 🫡
