Needed a repair at campsite and Ellsworth RV was dispatched by Coach-Net. We we’re on a late Fall foliage scenery trip when our awning failed to retract. Ellsworth RV tech came out within an hour of call and got our awning back into its casing. I would recommend this service, the tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and completely competent!!

Lousy service. Called Monday showed up Thursday. Left for parts and never called or showed up again. Left messages no call back. Total lack of customer service, If he couldn't help he should have said so. Was not confident when he showed up and lack of service showed he didn't have a clue. Left us with no resolution to our problem with stairs not working. Hard when you are traveling on the road to not have competent repair people
