1. Level Jack wouldn't come up. 2. Coach won't start. Replaced Fuel pump. 3.Engine getting hot. Our experience with Greg has been top-notch. He knows his way around coaches (diesel), Cummins engines and several different chassis. We are on our 2nd coach and he's worked on both. He also has a mobile service which is where I first used him on problem #1. On Problem #2 he also came out mobile, plugged in his computer to our port and diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes. Had to have it towed to his shop for repairs because of parts and time etc. He is professional, pretty quick to get to the problem and doesn't hold your coach for weeks at a time. Also takes our Extended Warranty. On Problem 3 which was on September of 2013 on our new coach, he worked with the manufacturer and warranty company to get the problem fixed. He is honest, Very knowledgeable, and our go to mechanic. He is reasonable priced but more importantly, knows what he's doing. Its easier to find people to work on the interior stuff, but even dealers don't do a lot of engine or chassis. Would Highly Recommend him.
