Avoid Billy Maxx at All Costs
Our experience with Billy Maxx was a disaster that ultimately ended in the total loss of our RV. From start to finish, the service was dishonest, careless, and unprofessional.
We took our fully paid for, 2022 travel trailer in to have a broken window replaced. When we got it back, they had installed the wrong type of window — a poorly fitted sliding window instead of the original single-hung style — and even installed it incorrectly, making it unusable. Total lack of workmanship and quality control.
When confronted, they falsely claimed the correct window was no longer available. We did our own research and easily found the exact match through a dealership. When I brought this to Billy’s attention, he admitted they knew about it, had not bothered to notify us and had already “fixed” the incorrect window by rotating it, without consulting us. They knowingly misled us, avoided communication, and showed zero accountability.
Just days later, a hailstorm hit, and our RV — which should’ve already been home — was completely totaled. We found out through a Facebook post, not from the shop. Billy didn’t even bother to call us, and when I finally called him, he offered no help or compensation, only excuses.
They lied, cut corners, failed to communicate, and cost us thousands. We’ll be reporting them to the BBB and strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Billy Maxx. Their lack of integrity is staggering.

I had electrical power issues and David Ciampa not only got me right in but fixed the problem immediately. He also did a complete check of my entire system.The fix was so simple, there was no charge. The customer service was just incredible. I was very impressed with the knowledge level and experience I encountered at Billy's. I will definitely return should other issues come up.
