Remove wheels and diagnose metal-on-metal scraping from brakes. We are currently in Columbia Falls MT waiting for parts for our RV. We tow a 2003 Honda CRV and began hearing a metal-on-metal sound coming from the brakes. We found JK Auto Repair by searching the internet and took a chance. Our appointment was for Monday at 1:00 pm. We had to wait just a few minutes for a bay to clear. We relayed that the front brakes had been replaced two years ago, so it had to be the rear. First they test drove it - no noise. Then they removed all four wheels and thoroughly inspected and measured wear of the entire brake assemblies. They could not find anything amiss - "probably a rock". They reinstalled the wheels and we were on our way in just a little more than an hour. The charge was $26.00. We highly recommend JK Auto.
