We had a blowout and they looked for tires for us all day with no luck. They kept in regular communication while looking for the tires. The next day, we found them through another company a few hours away and had them delivered to Big Wheel. They were super accommodating even the tires came in on three different trucks/different times. Big Wheel squeezed us in when they were busy and even let us camp in their parking lot overnight. Employees were all awesome and a great overall experience. They did a great job at a very reasonable price. They mounted and balanced our new tires, realigned the front end, moved a slightly damaged wheel to the rear and inspected the frame/chassis for damage. I would not hesitate to go back to them again if we were in the area. Awesome!

Replace exhaust piping, disconnected my air dryer. Had my RV towed in when I hit a tire tread and it ripped out my muffler and exhaust piping. I felt that I was a big inconvenience to them. They did a half ass job to get me back on road again, but continued to have many problems with work they did. When I arrived in Florida, I had to have everything they did, re-done. Paid them $1100 for their work. When I arrived home, found that they added another $200 to my credit card without notifying me.
