Had a blown hose coming from our water heater the evening previous. Called Jim at 8 AM and he said, see you in 15 minutes. He was there and done within 1/2 hour. On top of that he fixed our entry door lock, which 2 other service companies had attempted to fix unsuccessfully. Took Jim 2 minutes, tops. Reasonable fee, excellent service, outstanding work! Superb! Could not be happier.

As we traveled through Billings, MT, Jim met us at a prearranged spot, Pilot parking lot. Inspected our malfunctioning bedroom slide, found several problems. Fabricated new metal angle bracket, superior to original, reinstalled. Added bracing where necessary. Adjusted slide distance, in and out, and re-centered it, side to side. Three hours of non-stop work. Excellent. Jim really knows his stuff. Our slide had several significant problems from 8 years of wear. Jim found them one at a time as he encountered them, and solved each. Our slide is better than new - and all this done in a truck stop parking lot from his well-supplied work vehicle - except for his trip to the metal fabricator. By the way, the three RV service companies we contacted in Billings had wait lists of 2 weeks. Jim had us back on the road the same day we called him.
