Purchase of rebuilt refrigerator coil. We ordered a new, rebuilt, refrigerator coil on May 25, 2010. This company has sent us 2 coils, both were damaged and unusable, we took pictures. We have been trying to get the replacement for weeks now. We have made dozens of phone calls, sent email and basically begged to have our coil sent. To no avail. They promise every day, that it will be here "tomorrow" and yet it's still not here. Now when we call they curse at us and hang up. They also refuse to give us any kind of tracking numbers. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and now filed a report with the Arkansas Attorney General's office. We looked at the BBB site, too late I might add, only to find out they have an F rating with many complaints on there as well. I think our next option is to contact a lawyer.
