After our winter down south we had some defective appliances (microwave, central vacuum)- likely from a voltage surge. Appliances were within warranty period. Work was all done within a morning - appliances were changed for new ones without question. Dealer also reimbursed me for a defective furnace fan motor which I had to get replaced on the road.
