Warranty work on new Coachmen 383FWS purchased from them on 10/08/2009. Work included shower, unusable due to crack and leaking water all over, missing overhead, interior lights, interior wood cracked and broken off, drawers' inoperative, interior doors and drawers wouldn't stay secured/closed while driving, coach's entrance door wouldn't lock with keys, two locks, basement doors wouldn't stay closed during travels. Coach sat outside their service bay for 3 months, before work began. Every excuse was given to me whenever I stopped by the dealership or called them. When I stopped by in January 2010 to see what has been done, they refused me access, which is now a legal matter. Owner's reply to my inquires prior to January was always 'just get over the problems and enjoy it' even though the shower couldn't be used etc.
