When dealer that sold us the trailer said it would be six weeks, started looking for another company. While de-winterizing the knob on the hot water faucet in the restroom blew off. Unable to fix, I need to get it serviced so we could enjoy the summer. Quick work took about 1 hour and was able to get me in the next day after calling.
