I broke a spring on my fiver in Jacksonville, went to nearest spring shop, Horton Truck Service. They replaced the broken spring right away, without a wait or appointment. But the other 3 springs were showing signs of fatigue, so I had them order parts to replace all springs and to add an extra leaf to each spring as well as adding greasable pins and heavy duty shackles. Also had all 4 brake assemblies replaced. Brad Wilson expressed interest in attracting customers by outstanding performance. At no extra charge. After the installation he continued to work with me to achieve just the right balance between spring strength and smooth ride. Brad thinks and makes sense; qualities not found in many shops. He is also very good at exploring and explaining options. I was very pleased with Horton's Truck Service because of Brad Wilson. I intend to make them my preferred brake and spring shop.
