Heater/air conditioner blower not working. They quickly found that the resistor was the problem. It was replaced just as quick and professionally. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Front brakes were shuddering. Found and attached a loose wire. And I was on my way.

My 2004 Chevy Astro Van needed to be towed in to the shop due to a loud noise in the right back wheel and the brakes appearing to lock-up. Parking brake was in pieces and needed replacing. Metal shields on the wheel brakes needed replacing. They also did an oil change and rotated the tires. Sam kept me updated about the cost as they found the problems. The repairs were done in one day. The only reason I gave the Quality of Service a Very Good was because there was grease on the driver seat. A mechanic immediately cleaned the seat after I told Sam about the grease. The seat looked fine after the cleaning.

I have a 30ft class A motorhome. Woke up to a flat front driver side tire, and no spare. A friend helped me pump it up and off I went to the closest place I found in the phone book that I thought could handle the job. I arrived at 7:15am just after they had opened at 7am. The service writer was friendly and receptive. After I explained my problem he proceeded to write up the order and stated "it would be about 15-20 minute wait because they were working on a job." The work was completed within an hour. They found a screw in the tire. Fixed it and re-balanced it for $37. There was clean and comfortable (not fancy) waiting area with the daily paper and coffee. Friendly service. A huge parking area. RV big rig friendly.
