This shop saved my bacon while I was on the road. My AC went out when I was near Boise. I called and spoke to Dana. He took the time to run me through some trouble shooting, but it was clear my unit was inoperable. He then told me to bring it in, and 2 hours later I was there. He dropped what he was doing, and quickly diagnosed my problem of a melted electrical connection. He quickly replaced the damaged parts and my vacation was back on track when I soon heard the AC running. again Dana was not only a superb technician, he was personable and empathetic. Many thanks to Dana and Boise Valley RV.

Diagnosed and repaired problem with electric heating of Suburban water heater. Replaced switch and thermostat. Excellent. Dave fit us in as we were passing through town mid-afternoon. Diagnosed and repaired problem in under an hour. Wish we could always find someone this competent!

Fabricated new battery tray to accommodate 4 AGM 6-volt batteries. Installed new batteries. Old tray only held 2 group 27 12-volt batteries. Very clean/professional installation. Price came in under original estimate. Dave and Dana treated my motorhome as if it were their own.
