We lost coach battery power so took our '94 Aerbus into PPL. There were a couple of other things we needed to have checked out, too. Took a full week. Service department never once answered their phone - we left voice message after voice message to try and learn the status of our repair -- finally reached them by sending an email to the sales department who then walked over to service to tell them to call us back. The work done was done well, although they never offered us our replaced part so have to wonder a little bit about that.

Bought used DP from PPL. Full service performed, check out of all appliances, installed Blue Ox tow package on TOAD, installed brake system on TOAD, installed slide cover, repaired coach dash air conditioning. Excellent work, both sales and service personnel were knowledgeable and easy to deal with. My wife insists that if we are within a thousand miles of PPL and can get there to have work done that we would do so. I'd cut that to 500 miles...but agree that they do good work.

Several problems: A/C not putting out enough cooling air, awning not working properly, oil change and lube. Tech put a VOM meter in 120v socket and said that the A/C was drawing too many amps, you cannot measure amps with a VOM. Subsequently took it to another repair show and that was not the problem. Two techs worked two days (charging by the hour to fix the electric awning. They finally gave up. I discovered at a different repair shop that it needed a $5 part replaced which took about 15 minutes. They had no clue. Many other things were not done properly.
