Replaced broken trailing/control arms on '03 HR Ambassador with Source Engineering manufactured parts that I was told I had to personally order, which I did after research and contacting other owners who had the trailing arm problem. I provided phone number and email address of manufacturer each time I checked in, but when the shop ran into difficulty they did NOT call for assistance and because of that, there was extra time spent; the labor bill was at least twice as much as manfacturer advised or others with similar issue have paid. I paid over $3000 to the shop PLUS the parts that I was told I had to provide. I felt I was taken advantage of, especially when they ignored my requests for them to contact the manfacturer who had been so helpful in shipping the parts as quickly as possible and who expressed willingness to assist the shop with any difficulty they might encounter.

M2 Freightliner, recall on Freightliner, oil and filter change Great job. Shop is clean and organized and the techs are neat and clean. This is a truck shop but also an Oasis shop. We did not use the waiting area so the waiting truckers could. There is a campground at this exit and a Flying J so easy to come in the day before for service. We will use this shop again since it's in a great location for us as we go east and west. Location is I-80 exit 292 on the south side of the highway. The "J" and campground are on the north side. The service manager, Frank Dalen, is active in the shop area and can answer all your questions on just what is being done. No pets are allowed in the building but there is plenty of grass for walking and exercise. Busy shop but well run. We made our appointment the day before with no problem. I'm sure this can change in a heartbeat though. You can remain on the property overnight.
