Annual service, loose entry door seal repaired, problem adjusting side mirrors, chassis shimmy evaluation, air leveling air loss diagnoses, generator oil leak serviced, cockpit chair tear repair referral, sink stopper adjusted to regain seal, roof sealant check, address windshield gasket failure, realign rubbing battery tray, reposition bay door latches, repair jammed out slideout, regular generator service, reposition fuel vent line, repair/paint small fender chip. As usual, the work done was punctual and professional. Have used this team at least annually since purchasing our coach, and they cannot be beat. The door seal was a second repair by them but got it right this time, though they did charge for it, which I'm not sure is fair. Still not satisfied with Monaco or the Service Center's treatment of our air leveling problem, however - doing the same air loss thing since new and warrantied - now I have to pay for any analysis of it. Generator and roof still like new thanks to close attention by the team and myself. Chassis shimmy referred to Goodyear Portland - their take: Redmond Les Schwab Tire outlet did not properly balance wheels - hopefully fixed by Goodyear Hi-tech balance now, but not yet tested on long drive. Cockpit chair referral - Bend area repair guy came to Service Center and did amazing job; tear is now virtually invisible! Windshield gasket still not correct and leaked rain water inside onto dash once but only once while coach in storage by our house at specific angle - will get them on it again next time through Bend. Battery tray slides easily now. Bay door fine. Slideout better than new, since it was a factory fault - unfortunately out of warranty and my extended warranty has $1000 deductible. Generator fine. Fuel vent line another factory goof, now properly routed so doesn't spray diesel on generator and drip on our pad at home. Paint job - what can I say: Bruce is virtually the best in the country. All in all, they didn't get everything right this trip, though they usually do. Perfection is an elusive dream. But the customer service, great attitude by all employees, and the depth of available talent and teamwork will keep me coming to them without fail. One on one with technicians, and them not adverse to the customer being occasionally on-site watching the repair, almost encouraging it with a smile, and willing to explain what and why of their work is worth a lot.
