Had Eric change out a a/c in my camper waited 3- months to get the unit in finally he installed it an didn’t work he told me I needed a new control board he said he would get me one an mail it to me 4- weeks later an have not received it yet he also said he had it in his hand 2- weeks ago an was shipping it to me pority mail still have not received it now he will not answer my calls $2200 for a a/c that does not work now I have another guy work on it very bad service with Eric will never use him again an hope nobody else uses him

Rocker switch replaced. Eric knew what he was doing. Did not waste any time. He was able to answer other questions we had about our rig.
