Bought a new Newmar Torrey Pine Fifth wheel from Johns RV. It's a 200 mile round trip for me to go to the dealership. Unit was not ready, leveling system not working. Dirty, unit not prepped correctly. Dining table broke loose. Awning not working. Shower door not hung correctly. Shower pan leaks into storage compartment. Fixed all the above items my self after their failed attempts. Was told by owners son that none of their staff was qualified to work on high end units. Then why are they selling them? They also do not like to return phone calls.

Replaced cracked outside molding on hard sided Aliner folding camper, drilled drain holes in bumper -- were supposed to correct problem with screws scraping roof when folded. Their solution -- throw a floor mat on lower roof to pad screws on upper side. The service manager told me to bring in my camper and it would be ready in three weeks. When I called to check on it, they did not even know they had my camper. I needed the camper for a trip home that we had planned for weeks, so they rushed and got the molding fixed and the drain holes drilled in the bumper (where rusty water was pooling). They did not touch any of the other items on the list. It is a 500 mile round trip for me to take the camper to them. I refuse to deal with them again, and have done the other work needed on my camper myself. The Aliner manufacturer has been wonderful about sending me the items I needed to do the repairs.
