RDR Unreliable Diesel Repair I brought my truck to Danny with a clear deadline, which he agreed to upfront. This work was critical to my family's long-planned RV trip. Despite promising it would be done in "one, maybe two days tops," he missed the deadline completely without proactively updating me. He told me he delayed my job to take a higher-paying walk-in. Ultimately it took him six days past our agreed upon deadline to finish the work. During that time, none of the completion timelines he gave proved accurate, leaving me unable to plan, without a vehicle, and uncertain if or when I’d get my truck back. As a result, the experience was extremely stressful, my family lost five days of vacation, had to cancel multiple appointments more than once, and was out over $200 in non-refundable reservations. To add insult to injury, when he finally presented the bill, the price was inflated — followed by a long speech about how much he cares about his customers. Unprofessional and extremely UN-reliable. Do not trust him with your truck.

Troubleshooting of electrical problem over the phone. Although RDR does not typically work on RVs, when I called, they spent 15 minutes with me on the phone helping me troubleshoot an electrical problem in my Class A Diesel motorhome.

Had a problem with power and overheating. Bill came to my home and went systematically through my motorhome, and found the variable vane off the turbo to be malfunctioning. He repaired it and then went for a test drive with me to see if there were other issues. Excellent, motorhome was at Freightliner for over a week, and they could not find the problem, Bill found it in under an hour. He also provides services for CoachNet.
