Find out why the motorhome was backfiring and missing, They opened the harness inspected cleaned MAF Sensor, made no change. Opened harness injectors readings. At that point they suspected PCM new PCCM sent from Brazel installed stated engine performed fine. Work done on that date is in dispute because they did not fix the problem at all. We went up to Brazels in Washington and were able to fix the problem.

2005 Workhorse chassis - Blew a head gasket at 17,500 miles. Coach Master is an authorized Workhorse repair center. Engine got hot and they recommended a new engine under warranty. Workhorse wanted to see three receipts that I had had the oil changed. After seeing those via fax, they immediately agreed to pay for a new engine. It took three weeks to get it and two weeks to install it. The new engine ran perfect once we left Bend. Coach Master did great work and they were good to work with. I would use them again.

They were to look for source of leaks in slides, check for house battery drain problem, repair dash a/c, and repair or replace backup camera or monitor. After 2 weeks nothing was done. We were told the inverter control panel was causing the drain - even though it was off. After recharging the batteries, and making sure the panel was off we still have major drain of batteries. All 4 house batteries were new in May. Said they had resealed the roof to wall seams - job not done upon inspection. Gave us a run-around regarding warranty insurance on a/c and backup camera/monitor. After all said and done, were told parts would take 2 more weeks to 6 months to get, and that AFTER insurance, we would have to pay $580.00 just for the camera. Went elsewhere, got new camera, monitor, and cables for $50.00 after insurance. Before service was completed, was given 1 1/2 hours to get motorhome out of their parking lot because they had no room due to 12 hail damaged motorhomes coming in on Monday. Since we live 45 min. away, and this was Friday night - this was very inconvenient.
