While on a return trip through the eastern US, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, the upper seal on the slide-out became detached. The trailer was just about 18 months old and 6 months out of warranty. I reinstalled the seal as best I could and after arriving home contacted VOS Trailers from whom I purchased the trailer. Although the trailer was "out of warranty" they worked with the manufacturer and the seal was replaced without charge, materials and labour. I have had other work done from time to time and it has always been performed quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would not fail to recommend them both for sales and service. Exceptional.
