Some good marks for PDI. Most everything I had noticed during my first tour was fixed without any comment being necessary. However, they found out at 4:45 PM on Friday that the genset wasn't working properly and the coach was promised for Monday delivery (about a week later than expected)... It took almost a month to get a service appointment to fix genset. Service mgr very sympathetic, but obviously on the verge of burnout. Why do they make us go through all of these hoops, even though they eventually take care of these issues at their own expense? If they had responded promptly (+ or - 1 week would be OK), I would have rated them MUCH higher.
