ProTech helped me get my RV ready to sell, they replaced two dual pane windows that failed, changed oil, serviced ACs and Generator. Very friendly people and easy to work with and very helpful. Once I get my new RV they will be my service center for sure.

I have been dealing with Protech for over five years. Their work is always top notch. Repair costs are more reasonable than camping world as well as faster. Their workers are always friendly and their advice is good. I have a class A diesel pusher.

Corrected severe drivers window leak that had been there from day one and thus had caused some severe underneath and behind the carpet and wall problems. In addition did several other things as requested as well as a complete PM. We have been well satisfied by the work execution and results as well as working with the personnel at ProTech, Inc. We went to ProTech, Inc. after researching other RV facilities in the Charleston area and have found them to be at the top of the recommendation list.

Replaced dash air conditioning compressor. Very poor, compressor they installed failed in less the two weeks and had to be replaced in Las Cruces, NM. Called ProTech and they said to send them the bad compressor, which I did, and they would reimburse me the cost of replacing it. To date I have not receive any reimbursement from Pro Tech despite numerous letters. Stay away from this bad business!

Adjust Auto Park Brake Great Job. Dropped MH off at 8:00 AM and work was finished by 1:00 PM. Did the adjustment and did not try to replace brake shoes unnecessarily. Checked out the entire Auto Park system as well. I had visited ProTech once before for a second opinion on a worn ball joint. Their mechanics checked it out and advised me that the ball joints were indeed worn but did not need replacing yet. Did not charge for the inspection. Nice to do business with somebody who doesn't try to cheat or overcharge simply because you drive an RV.
