R&R roof sealant, heat pump repair, water leak on slide-out, door awning in-op, water heater bypass in-op, side mirror will not stay in adjustment, bad squeak on entry door, refrigerator display erratic, install surge guard, paint over spray on right side of coach, numerous other items over period of 2 yrs. Very good work, quite willing to learn and to call factory when they need assistance. Other than being unable to resolve the slide out water leak, we were very satisfied with their service and would still use them if we return to that area.

Warranty work on DP they sold to me. Do not do engine ,chassis or transmission. Will work with anyone traveling to keep them on the road. 90% of the time all problems were solved. Have had to return a time or two for the same problem.

Minor warranty work. Skylight replaced. Slide out seal replaced. The work was satisfactory but it took over a month to get me into the shop. The repairs did not require immediate attention but I thought a month was a long time to wait for service, especially since I bought my RV here! I though the skylight replacement was pricey because the amount of labor seemed excessive
