Water leak, unit stuck in park, headlights and brake light malfunction. Poor - If you have any other choice I would take it. We bought a defective used unit from Steve Casey's which required a bunch of work. We ended up taking the unit back in 4 times before they were able to even get close to fixing it. They were slow to call us back, and did a terrible job validating their own repairs.

Repaired nonfunctional leveling jack and spend 3-4 hours repairing a furnace which had been damaged by a Camping World tech who couldn't make the repair. Excellent! Explained what to do if a hydraulic jack should fail in the future. Also, charge only 1 hour for the furnace repair.
