Had a number of small problems that needed to be resolved including a leak in the head and an awning that would not extend. We full time and were passing through NY from Canada and needed some work done. Noone was able to get us in, but Meyers did. We have had a leak in our head since it was bought new and have not been able to fined anyone who could tell us the problem. Although they were unable to repair the problem due to the need for parts, they did isolate the problem and give us an explanation for all of our problems. They even had to do some Internet and vendor searches to find the answers. They went way out of their way to help us. Would recommend them highly.

On September 9th we had an appointment. My wife took the rig in this time. They replaced the ceiling vent, only now I can only operate it off the ceiling not the wall switches like before so my wife has to get a stool every time to operate it. Odd thing though it is the same type and brand as the one they replaced and they left all their dirty fingerprints on the trim ring for me to clean. Guess they worked to hard not hooking it up like before. Now apparently they replaced the monitor with another one. Worked fine, but wait - first bump down the road it went out again and then on and then off for good. Now must go back again and get it looked at, only now I must take time off work, get more gas to go back to get fixed what should have been done right from the start. I can rest assure though that they will be ?SORRY?. A couple of other notable things. When I picked up the unit, one of the service technicians told me they had replaced the steering stabilizer and to let them know how it drove, as they might have to adjust it. I looked under the rig and cannot find any sign of anything being replaced under there. I also noticed that the gas line to the generator is all dry rotted and needs to be replaced to prevent any possible hazards. I also noticed that the exhaust pipe was damaged and slightly detached from the muffler. I was told the unit would be cleaned. Only I cleaned it when I took it home while waiting for the leveling part. Assuming that they actually get all things fixed and they stay working this time, it will mean I have been forced to spend money for gas to take this rig back 3 times to get fixed what should have been done before I picked up the unit. I live over 50 miles away, one way and we all know gas prices have not fallen like the stock market. First, it would appear to me that the service department waited until the day before I was scheduled to pick up the unit, that they check it out. I was told this was because of all the sales they had do from the shows. I think that is great for you. However, it would appear to me if they have more business than they can handle, they should hire overtime or extra help to temporary get through the backlog to make sure the customers are taken care of in a timely manner. I had an appointment, again at the Bath Meyers Superstore on Friday, September 24th at 10:00am. I had to take the day off work this time. I went to the appointment and they resealed the vent they replaced the last time. Apparently they never cleaned the area around the vent. They checked out the monitor and found there was a loose connection and how they bent a prong to make it work. At least it hasn?t gone out again this time. I was told they would have to order a new exhaust pipe for the generator. I?m still waiting for that call so I can go back there again. They do have a nice waiting area and free coffee because it is a long wait. The work done was fine when they finally did do the work right and the parts came in.
