We bought our travel trailer from Advance Camping in 2003. In 2004, an idiot backed into it when it was parked on the street in preparation for a trip. As all damage was cosmetic, we waited to have the repairs made. Advance Camping quickly issued a quote for repairs quickly. When we took it in for repairs, along with other warranty issues, it was taken care of promptly and to our complete satisfaction. When a new truck was purchased that necessitated a new hitch, they quickly swapped hitches for us and set it to the proper height for our travel trailer. When we sold the travel trailer, they quickly swapped the hitch and set it to the proper height for the new owners' tow vehicles. We've been completely satisfied with Advance Camping and would not hesitate to buy there again and/or have our unit serviced by them.

I needed an outside faucet replaced, very basic service. This dealer sells and services my specific RV (Roadtrek - Class B camper vans.) But, when I didn't purchase a vehicle from them, they warned me that they might not service RV's purchased elsewhere. Sure enough, I called on three separate occasions and the first thing they asked was whether or not I purchased the vehicle there. When the answer was negative, they would not schedule an appointment for me.
