Lots of work on chassis and engine. Work took far longer than original estimate. Other RVs serviced, but repair staff also took time off during the week. They told me they pre-authorized work with insurance, but insurance says that work was not pre-authorized. Was WAY more expensive than original estimate, and then they refused to deal with insurance provider. DON'T TRUST THEM! Some of the repairs failed on next trip out, had to take RV to another service center, and pay for the same diagnostics, and for replacement of supposed-to-be new parts Dave's installed. Would not recommend, would not return.

Repair awning. Replace broken lift handle Work was accomplished OK. Price for repair was ridiculously high. Charged me $75 (plus labor) for replacement of awning handle. Later, I got another one on-line for $10, brand new. Install took about 5 minutes.

Purchased Class 8 Freightliner Conversion which had some wiring issues. From the onset Dave was extremely helpful from answering questions to finally making an appointment to have them preform corrective re-wiring. Kept me informed from start to finish and his estimate accurate. Will definitely be using these guys for any future needs. Work preformed as requested. Never would have know they were in the vehicle.

Replace spring as emergency service. Charged higher rate since it was emergency ($125/hr instead of $85/hr). Refused to deal with extended warranty company. Did call it in, but would not call in to get Authorization. Good
