My used (purchased about a year ago from the original owner) Livin Lite toy hauler was in need of systems checks (electrical system, water system, toilet and black/grey water tanks, etc.). Marlo spent at least an hour going over the trailer with me, which I really appreciated since this is my first venture into RV'S. As others have noted, Marlo was very clear as to what I should consider doing and what really wouldn't be needed. I never got the feeling he was trying to sell me on doing unnecessary work. I will be getting my trailer back tomorrow and will let you know how that goes. I'm pretty pleased at this point.

Roof repair, interior wall repair, floor fix near water heater, brakes. Perfect - OK so we bought a used Travel Trailer and we got taken advantage of. We took it Marlo to check out "small leak". And as it turned out the roof was completely rotten - there was a spot of the floor was shot - brakes were in need of repair. Short story - they saved us. The prior owner stated that he did not know that the roof was gone and that we had bought it as is. Once the initial money is laid out, there was not much more for us to do - Except to repair the roof, floor etc. While I believe that the guy who sold us this camper absolutely knew what he had, and he chose to hide this information from us. I also believe that Marlo, Ken and Nelda made sure we were NOT taken advantage of. Marlo guided me advising me what TO spend money on, and what could be done to save money, He charges a fair price. In the end we feel that Karma will get the guy who sold us the camper, Karma will also take care of Marlo.

Help in general service work subsequent to purchase of our used Trek. We also stored our unit there for several months. Excellent. Marlo has been in business for 30 years and is honest as the day is long. He does not provide engine or transmission repairs, but referred me to another facility that did. Marlo definitely knew who to send me to for diagnosis of a possible fan clutch problem. Marlo has a full crew who can repair many types of problems not associated directly with engine, transmission, etc. If Marlo does not want to take on the job, he will say so. The man is extremely knowledgeable and if he anticipates a problem that he might not be able to fix, he will say so. Very honest with fair prices. His shop also sells many parts that would ordinarily be found in Camping World. He also offers an on-site protected storage area. Great place.
