Problem with both rooftop air conditioners, Rear unit blowing hot air only, front unit burned out while making appointment for the rear unit repair. the units were both under warranty from Dometic. Rear unit had to be replaced, Front unit needed electrical parts. RV ONE was recommended by the manufacturer of my coach, they called and asked for and appointment as soon as possible, explaining that we were in transit and were without both rooftop air units, the manager Dave told us to bring our unit to him and he would look at it right away, when we arrived at his shop he was ready, he had an empty bay waiting, they had found the problems on both units within an hour, but were unable to get a replacement unit for the rear, because of the paperwork required by Dometic, and the parts that had burnt out in the front had to be ordered because the motorhome was so new they were not in stock locally. Dave told us to return early the next day and he would send a man to the Dometic Factory to pick up the rear replacement unit as soon as the factory called him with the OK on the warranty work and replacement unit. Around 9:30 am the factory called Dave sent a mechanic with tools to pick up the parts and the unit and to swap out the covers, so the paint would still match with ours, the work was completed before Noon, with no cost to us. I told him how pleased we were, and that I would pass his name on to other RVers.
