I contacted Restless Wheels regarding the recall for the Norcold refrigerator in my diesel pusher. Using the model and S/N of the refrigerator they ordered the parts, had me bring the RV in when the parts arrived and promptly did the recall service. I was very happy with their service. I've bought parts from them for years and they carry ALOT of hard to find parts in their inventory for both my RV and several trailers (small and large open trailers as well as enclosed car hauler and a dolly). For the refrigerator recall they did excellent work and their service manager patiently answered my many questions. Their work was done in the time promised and while not technically challenging, it was done correctly. They appear to be a family owned and operated business and take pride in serving their customers - something I value highly and not as common as I would want. I will go back to them in the future and would recommend them.

Class C

As new RVers, we asked for a complete safety check of our older Class C that we had bought used elsewhere. Restless Wheels represented that they would do a safety check of all systems including living quarters, chassis and power plant, and correct any problems found. In fact, their work, unbeknown to us, focused only on the living quarters. The work was delivered several days after it was promised, and even then, several hours after we were told that it would be done. Non-living-quarters systems were never checked, again unbeknown to us. After leaving the shop, my brakes failed within two hours and 30 miles ... in rush-hour traffic right outside of Washington DC. Only after we complained to Restless Wheels the next morning did they tell us that they don't do mechanical work on non-living quarters systems.

Pop-up Trailer

We bought a pop-up from them and needed some fast service to get it by the weekend. They turned to and made it happen. The pup was spotless and everything in order. They conducted a walk-through and had us on our way. We had several follow on visits to install the air conditioner, a brake controller, a new hitch, bike rack, second propane tank. Excellent. The folks in sales, service and parts were all very helpful and honest. I was new to pups and they could have sold me myriad items I thought I needed but really were not that useful. They also allowed me to keep the pup there an extra week as we were on vacation. I can't say enough nice things about Restless Wheels.

Pop-up Trailer

Scheduled pick up of new pop-up camper. Dealer had camper spotlessly clean and ready for inspection in the middle of the lot. They went over in full detail every aspect of setting up the camper and then taking it down again having us watch every move. They then went through the entire process again with us doing the actual set-up/take down with them watching. While doing the inspection and training they very nicely installed the trailer brakes in our truck. They then showed us how to hook the camper up to our vehicle, how to check the lights, everything we could possibly need to know. Excellent! This dealer obviously cares about their customer. It was amazing how much time they spent making sure we were comfortable with our new purchase.
