Engine died on the DC Beltway in VA. Queenstown RV was the closest center to me (Greenbelt). I put in a service request and hoped to get towed there with a ride home after. Their response: We don't do engine work. Maybe try ___ in Laurel? So, to sum up: They DON'T do full engine service, they DON'T have a partnership with anyone who does, they don't know ANYONE closer than Howard County who *might*, and their best response to an emergency was *shrug*. Caveat emptor.

6 items covered under warranty - none major Incomplete. They only fixed 3 of the items and couldn't even tell me if they looked at the other 3. They said that they'd call me on the next work day to figure out what may have been done, but I still haven't heard anything from them. During the 3 weeks they had our motorhome I tried a few times to get a status of approximately how long they'd need it, but always got the same response, "we'll give you a call tomorrow", but their calendar must be stuck since I never received one status call from them.

Routine lube job and oil change. This service center is listed by Winnebago as an authorized center so I took it there to have a lube job and oil change on my Workhorse chassis. They charged me for 8 quarts of oil when my manual and the previous dealers have only charged me for 7 quarts. They also charged me $19.97 for a standard Fram filter! Then it was $20 for shop supplies and $100 for labor. The total was $172.04 for a service that I have paid $86 for at the last dealer. They also installed the wrong grade of oil, 5-20 instead of 5-30. They also did not lube any of the fittings behind the engine/front axle area - such as the drive line U joints.

Fixed leveling jacks and PDI We bought the rig new, checked it out and drove it to the CG. When we went to leave on a trip the jacks would not retract. Carlton had a tech there in a very short time and had us on our way. They apparently did an excellent PDI because we have not had a single issue with the coach after a 1000 miles. Sales and tech staff are very responsive.
