        Buying they are all smiles and yes we can do that. Once you've bought your screwed. My brand new campervan wasn't even 3 weeks old when I began reporting things that either stopped working or had never worked. Their response was they couldn't even look at it for at least 3 months. When I told them my hot water had stopped working, the girl on the phone tried to tell me that it was because I wasn't on shore power. I explained to her that simply was not true, as the hot water had been working fine while boondocks the week before. Come to find the issue was that the Truma needed to be set to gas. It was not through their help this issue was resolved, it was by researching issue on the internet. As for items that have not worked since the day I bought the van. Well it's 3 months later and those issues are still not resolved. I had my van winterized there recently and staff left cabinets open in the van, had taken the mattresses off the beds and left them on the floor, left my bathroom door open and bathroom was left in disarray as well as leaving trash on the floor of my cabin. I'm not sure why management is not listening to the reviews, but anyone you speak to about this places service department will tell you they have serious issues with staff that need to be resolved!

        Replacement of roof and complete replacement of Bunk Over Cab Area. We could not be happier with the quality of service provided by Leo's. The roof including the complete front bunk area needed to be replaced due to prolonged water and sun damage. Leo's completed the work a couple of weeks earlier than scheduled and their price was quite a bit less than what was originally quoted. The quality of the workmanship is superb.

        Install Roadmaster baseplate onto toad. They don't discount parts here. I paid full markup. I also paid $100/hour labor. No problems with either; company needs to make a profit. However, Roadmaster stated job required 3.5 hours, but service department billed me for 5. Worse, I brought the toad in first thing in the AM and waited until 5:00 pm for job completion. My impression in dealing with service is that I'm an unimportant customer. Adios, Leo's!

        Pre-Delivery Inspection. The service department was ready for us at our arranged appointment time. We were given a brief walk-through, then allowed to go over the unit at our leisure with our own rather extensive PDI check-list. We found 4 items needing repair/replacement. All were taken care of while we went out to lunch and did some errands, returning 2 hours later. We drove off the lot completely satisfied. Excellent

        After PDI, we noticed a few problems. Sticking window, loose carpet, no hot water, and a few other minor items. They arranged for us to "stop by" on our way out of town. They sent a team out and knocked out the entire list in one hour. They had to replace the electric element in the water heater and that extended the time to two hours. Couldn't ask for better service!
