No output from alternator, replaced. They had to overnight the replacement from Atlanta. They let us stay in their facility. Got several phone calls on my cell phone letting us know the up to date status. They checked on us that night to see if we needed anything. They completely took care of my extended warranty. Service was friendly and great.
