We have had our Keystone Travel trailer in for 3 - 4 warranty repairs as well as a de-winterizing check with bearing repack and a replacement of a damaged Diamond Plate front cover. I feel they have treated us like we own the place and they do not sell travel trailers. They are a keystone service center and every time we go in there they are courteous and professional. Repairs are done many times with me waiting and or by the end of the day. Only when parts were not available would they keep it longer. I would highly recommend them for any kind of work.

After visiting several dealerships we found a 2005 Neptune by Holiday Rambler that we liked. The coach had a few small issues (cabinet door latch broken, main door wouldn't lock) we noticed and the salesman took notes and said service would take care of them. When we took delivery the things we noticed were fixed. On our first trip the generator was working fine and then stopped. We called and made an appointment to bring it in on Monday. The shop was expecting us and found the problem in 20min and fixed it. Excellent service, good people.

We noticed 2 problems with a used Beaver motor home we were purchasing from Holiday Motorhomes. The left windshield was coming loose and the throttle cable was sticking badly. Both were noted on sales contract to be repaired. The windshield was 'fixed' when we arrived but the throttle cable was not. Tech tried to fix cable with WD-40. Didn't work. Parts Dept ordered a new cable. The windshield came loose on the way home, so we called and added that to the appointment to fix the cable. They originally thought they could replace cable & redo windshield while we waited. That turned out to be a dream, so they drove us home. Two weeks later the coach was ready. The windshield was properly repaired and is fine. The new throttle cable was installed but the engine end was not assembled correctly--I fixed that myself. They also left the old cable in the coach rather than removing it, a lazy shortcut.
