Dash Air was not cooling. We were on the road and needed attention so we could continue the trip. They worked us in first thing the next day. Note I called them first thing Monday AM and left message. Several hours later after no return call, I went to their facility and immediately received great service! I had similar problem on an earlier RV so was familiar with what might be needed and what testing was needed. They did all the right things promptly and recommended the correct fix and fixed it in minimum time!

Diagnose problem and replace engine water pump. Work involved removing and replacing CAC and radiator to access the water pump. Work was done in a little more than 24 hours. The unit was dropped off at 11am on 5/2/13 and was ready for pick-up at 11:30am on 5/3/13. We were completely satisfied with the staff, the communication and their professionalism. The work, parts and labor, was covered under the Cummins warranty and we were only charged for 1/2 of the cost of the 5 gallons of anti-freeze.

Generator had high temperature error code. The service manager worked with me on the telephone twice to help diagnose the problem. I took the motor home to their facility after I could not clear the problem after I installed the correct replacement parts. When they checked the generator I had been testing it with the cover off which caused the high temperature error to reappear even though I had installed the correct high temperature sensor that they had shipped. The service manager was very helpful and so was all the office staff. They have facilities for overnight stays and a nice customer lounge. Excellent.
