Warranty work - realign leaking window & repair tank capacity meter. Work was done by three technicians, since it was approaching the holidays and other repair orders were slow in coming. Since the work was done outside their shop, I was present and quizzed the technicians about numerous RV related questions, which they answered completely. This was the second RV that I have purchased at Carson RV and their service has always been top-notch. Since I live over an hour away and gasoline is so expensive, I usually make an appointment for the work to be done as I wait, and the service manager has always complied with my wishes. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another RV at Carson RV or to have my warranty work done there.
