Our dryer wasn't venting properly, so they fixed it. Very pleased. It was one year to the day that we bought the unit from this Camping World. They found out from the company that there is a design flaw in the Splendide washer/dryer combo, and there is a sequence we need to go through monthly to keep the air flowing freely. They made sure we understood to procedure and didn't charge us anything for the service.

I requested to have my wheel bearings repacked, and the air pressure in the tires checked and topped off. Although they repacked the bearings, they didn't check the air pressure, and advised that this would be an additional $49.00 since that was their minimum charge. I reminded them that I had already spent almost $300.00 for service work, so if there was an additional charge for checking the air, it shouldn't be charged as a new "minimum". They said that any work done, regardless of what it is, has its own minimum charge, and checking the air is a minimum of $49.00. This was confirmed by their corporate offices who said it was their policy to start with a new minimum for each job done. So, be aware that your minimum charge is not satisfied once you hit that figure, because a new one comes into play if you have something else done.
