Bought new 2013 Thor Challenger. PDI for initial pickup. Well trained knowledgeable service tech Chris. Service writer Valerie was amazing with scheduling the work for the punch list. I also had work performed on a 2008 Damon Outlaw that I purchased from a dealer in RI. They were fantastic all around! Warranty work. Replaced a Convection oven Trouble shot a corroded wiring issue with electric steps
